Techart rear wing/Deck lid shock question
Does anyone have a Techart rear wing II?
The damm deck lid will not stay up! I have taken off both of the deck lid shocks, part #993.512.321.00 Both of the shocks seem to be working as it takes quite a bit of pressure to compress each shock. Is there something else that can be done to keep the deck lid up?
Thanks in advance,

Eric,
I purchased some new shocks from Performance that were 'heavy duty' ones. I still have the factory spoiler, but when I pull the trunk release lever, the lid pops up on its own. I am sure they would be strong enough to support your aftermarket spoiler with no problem. I think that is what the 'heavy duty' ones are made for.

I am not sure, it was a while ago. I do remember that they had the words 'heavy duty' in the catalog description. Just tried to access their website, but I couldn't. Sorry.
