As a Porsche model builder and collector for over 40 years, and also the former owner of one of the largest internet seller of diecast models (sold out a few months ago), I would periodically "stash away" from sale an interesting Porsche model. Fortunately for some, I noticed in cleaning out the basement, that some of these are duplicates of one I had already saved for my personal collection.
If any interest (and if I'm not violating any Rennlist policy), please Private Mail me and I can provide info on any of the following (all are mainly long out of production and no longer produced 1/43 scale about 4 & 1/2 inch) diecast models except as noted:
Minichamps 1995 993 RS Coupe Red or Yellow
UT 1995 993 RS Coupe Red (1:18 scale)
Minichamps Original Boxster Concept Silver
Minichamps 926016 1992 Porsche 911 Cup Car
Minichamps 1982 or 1983 (one or the other) Porsche 956L Rothmann's 1st Lemans
Minichamps 2001 Carrera GT Black
Minichamps 1996 911 GT1 (Believe the number 25 1st Place Car)
Detail Cars 344 1970 Porsche 914/6 #1 Orange/Blk Top
Kyosho 356A Speedster White or Silver (1:18 scale)
Minichamps 1966 Porsche 906 Daytona #15 Blue (Andretti as I recall) (1:18 scale)
Vitesse 064C 1996 Porsche 911 GT2 Street Met Blue
Vitesse L162A 1995 Porsche 911 GT2 Presentation
Eagle Race 1972 Carrera RSR Silver
Eagle Race 1970 911S Red
There are more, but I haven't had the time to go thru the boxes and identify duplicates...some all the way back to the late 1960's, early 70's when they were produced.
Unfortunately, you can't have my Berlin-Rome 60K10 model...I still haven't built it from the kit yet and it will complete my personal Porsche collection of 40 plus years!
Incidentally, I looked up the last of the 1:8 scale Pocher 993 kits (plastic body prepainted in Black, not like earlier all metal Pochers of other makes)...the last we sold were $249 in 1999.
Thanks, Perry (42 Years of Porsche Ownership)

Sorry for the "add-on", but there are also some that are "minor defects", but still new in the box like this:
UT 1998 Porsche 911 Turbo S Black with Red Interior (Striking!) (1:18)
The manufacturer forgot to put the Right Front Wheel on...perfect otherwise. Would be great for a Repair Shop diorama or displayed on left side or 3/4 rear view where you can't see missing wheel). Must have be "Chop Stick Break" at People's Republic Oh Great Leader Factory 911...![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Joanne, my god you people are really nutz. I thought I had it bad but fogetaboutit. I am embarrassed to show my collection now. Nice work. I think we refer to that as disposable income in this country. And a nice way to dispose of it too, I might add. I will open a refuse business if you ever need any help.![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
And... Old Guy, you are a crack up too. I love the model thing, I'm with you Captain.

I TRIED collecting soriety models in college. But it turned out you could only collect one at a time. Any more than that they would get mad at you and each other. Then I met my wife. I LOVED Cal State Chico!!

On a recent trip shopping to Sams, I picked up several Maisto metal Porsches for about $10 each. I picked up a guards red 964 Speedster, dark blue 996 Targa, light blue 993 Convertible, silver 996 C4S, and a silver 356 Convertible. The checkout guy says something like 'So, your kids like cars?', my wife says 'No, he's obsessed with Porsches!'
Robert and Joanne - youre collection is amazing !

Boost, check my profile by clicking on mnmblu above my avatar, you can go to my website from there where you will find contact info. Email me some pics and I will see what I can do. I like you models however and think they would be pretty cool. Eveyone has a picture of a 993. why not be different?
