So looks like the tranny is comming out today. I have talked to a couple companies already about re-gearing but it may outside of my budget atm to do the LWF/RS + Gears + all the Labour..

Is there anything else I should do while I am in there? It appears to be a sheared fork, but thats just a guess right now.
