Default C4S arches

I know that the C4S has wider rear wheel arches. Are the front arches widened over the narrow body or the same size? Thanks in advance for the info.

No expert, but I do believe they are the same.

I'm also no expert, but I believe Rolo is correct.

I'm glad someone asked the question... I too was curious as I haven't been able to differentiate between the NB and WB fornt fenders.
I was curious because I like the C2/4S/TT valance much better than the NB C/2 valance.

Hmmmm... now gears are turning.

The fenders are the same for the narrow body and wide body.
Only the little piece of plate near the rocker panel is different.

Here is a pic of a C2 from the GAF that had the widebody front bumper.

I actually prefer this look to the add-on splitter mod; but hey, that's just my opinion.

Leland, did you ever notice that everytime 'the gears start turning" you can also here the faint 'ching-ching' of a cash register in the back of your head

Can someone please expand on this? I thought the rear quarters on a wide body were certainly wider than a narrow body... Isn't that why the call them "Wide bodies"?

I knew the rockers were obviously different.
Gert, what do you mean by "piece of plate"???

Max, it almost looks as though you could replace the bottom half of the valance with the TT valance. Is there an aftermarket source for those?

As asked by 6flat, I was referring to the front fenders.
The actual front fender is the same, only the little plate that is attached to the lower/rear part of the fender and is located just next to the rocker panel, is different.
It is curved inwards for the NB while it is flared for the WB.

Lee, although it looks like the bottom part of the wide body valance is a seperate piece, it is actually just a styling detail. The wide body bumper is one complete piece (even the grill pieces at the bottom corners that are seperate on the standard Carrera are integrated on the WB bumper)

Besides the slightly different fenderwell piece, the black mesh grille inserts are unique to each particular bumper style as well.
