Default Intercity Lines

Just picked up my car from Intercity Lines in Blaine, Washington and brought it up to Vancouver.

Intercity seems like a great outfit. The drivers (a couple, Bob and Sharlene) were very professional, super careful, courteous and friendly. The cost was $1885 to ship it from Boston. Seems to me the price was pretty good as it was shipped from the Atlantic to the Pacific.

They were very helpful finding a way to load the car on the U-Haul trailer I had. The trailer was a big mistake but I did get it on and off without any damage.

After reading about people that have sent them in open carriers and by train and hearing about all of the problems, I can't imagine using anyone other than a top flight car transporter.

Kind of reminds me of the thing about people wanting to buy no name used chips on E-bay to save a couple of hundred bucks.

You spend lots of time and lots of money buying the car of your dreams. You cheap out on the transport to save a a couple of hundred or maybe a thousand dollars. Your car gets damaged or at least manhandled. Where is the logic in that?

I have also used Intercity Lines, and had 2 great shipping experiences. They are a bit pricey, but as you said, the alternative could be even more expensive. I'll certainly use them again.

I have used Intercity twice and find them one of the superior carriers.

I used Intercity 2 years ago and the same couple delivered my car from Chicago to Seattle. On time (actually early), everything as expected, very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend them for sure.

I have used Intercity and found their price to be right in-line with others.

Thank you for the feedback. Intercity will be transporting a car from San Diego to us in 2 weeks.

They are the BEST. You get what you pay for. I have used them and many locals guys have had 356's and 911's send from AZ and CA east with Intercity. I'm glad you were happy.

They brought my MB 300GE Cab from California and I'd use them again without hesitation.
