Question 993 MaxFlo Muffler System

Anyone on here have the Maxflow system? How does it sound compared to the stock muffler? I don't want anything too loud just looking for a little meaner sound. Not talking about the Supercup, thats not my tast at all.

Thanks

Manster:

Go to www.p-car.com and look at the RSR mufflers that Robin makes/modifies. A nice sound, not the wall-cracking kind.

Great addition to the 993.

Were does the high price for muffler bypass come from ? I just had a pair of bypass pipes made by the best muffler shop in the country. The made the exhaust for Porsche on the 935 and indy car project. I think he knows a thing or two aboud exhaust. Please dont e-mail or call for info. I am going on vacation. (Talk to Martin Schacht he saw and heard them.)

Thumbs up

Manster,

I have the Maxflo on my car. Sounds excellent and the quality of the unit is top notch. Under acceleration sounds very full and throaty. No tinny rice rocket or ear piercing crackling sounds from the system. Very nice overall.

Although my tips are still a little crooked Joe. Can't seem to get them correctly positioned.
