Post C4 vs C4S

I know this may sound like a dumb question, but for the 993, were the C4 and C4S separate cars or are they the same model? And if separate, what years did they have the regular C4? Thanks!

the regular c4 was offered 95-98, the c4s was offerd 96-98. from my understanding they are essentially the same car, but the c4s has the upgraded brakes, and some interiour features.
is the suspension the same on the S versions?

also the engine is different from the 95 993s and the 96-98 993s right?

Carrera 4: AWD version of Carrera produced from '95 to '96.

Carrera 4S: Same as Carrera 4 but with bigger Turbo brakes and Turbo body sans fixed tail. Produced from '96 to '98.

Engine was upgraded on all '96-on NA 993 models from 270 HP SAE to 282 HP SAE.

Viken.......

Thanks for the clarification. I am fairly new to the 993 Board, but I have quickly learned you are "The Man" when it comes to Porsche knowledge. Thanks, again.
