Allright, the 951 will not be running for next sunday... I'm kinda getting sick of bringing non porsche cars to porsche runs, so I may not go to my own run, but I may bring out the impreza...

you can't ditch your own run. that would be like fred guiding us through the canyons from the back of the pack... just can't happen.
maybe you can just ride in one of the lead cars? esp. if you don't want to be porsche-less...(i can always give you a ride back to the start-point) sorry to hear the 951 is not ready
... but that'll only make it sooo much sweeter when ya get it back 
.so is this run still 'on' or not???

we are on, worst comes to worst, I'll ride along with someone... Doesn't look like I can bring the impreza, and I haven't purchased a daily driver yet (yea, thats going to happen soon too, but i dont think it will be anything worthy unless any of you know of very cheap origional mini coopers for sale?) I have contacted Dusty of VCR (Village Coffee Roaster) to see if he will open for us that early, as long as he doesn't have to do something else, he is VERY accomodating, and will probably have it open for us, I'll keep you guys updated on that. Otherwise, looks like we'll have a smaller group, which is sometimes good.

It is in the el camino shopping center off the 101 exit at mulhuland dr/valley circle exit. You canmap quest the address.
as for a 914, decent ones go for suprisingly not cheap... well, they are cheap, but more then i need to spend right now. My budget will sit around 2,000 dollars give or take... a 914 for that price wouldn't be a very reliable daily driver. I alreasy have one of those

Not sure I can make it Sunday but will try. It's the anniversary weekend and my wife wants her fair share of attention. I have been so busy lately that I really owe her some time together. I am afraid that it is not looking good for me but one never knows what may happen if i beg and whine enough. If I can't make this one, we have fall coming up so we should be able to get some pretty nice days for fun runs. I also look forward to the opportunity of shooting some more cars, ya know. So let's plan something for October either way, ya?
Anyway, if someone has a nice Carrera GT or something... screw the wife, I' be there. he he.

Thank you my friend. You guys have fun without me!!! I'm sick about it but October is almost here. Also, almost time to go back and do some tracken at Streets of Willow.
