oops... Just got an alarm installed and the radio called for code. Put in the wrong one. Question: How long to disconnect the battery to reset the radio code request and... is the clock part of this circut?

If you put the wrong code in too many times it will "lock" for about 15 minutes, before you can try again. You don't have to disconnect the battery for that reset to happen.
