Washed the car w/Zaino + z6 yesterday, drove it awhile, sat overnight, took it to work today...noticed I must have gone through a spot of something on the road...small spots of a very slightly oily stuff on the car...thrown up by front wheel.

Question is...am I better off wiping down with some QD spray and microfiber now, or wait until tomorrow evening when I can wash it again?

I would wait and wash it thoroughly with water. There might be dirt/road particles on the surface of the paint and you'll just end up leaving scratches.

I had some bubble gum stuck to the rear quarter and I tried getting it off that way . . . now I have to break out the Porter Cable to buff out all the scratches I left in the clear coat. Pure genius. <img src="graemlins/c.gif" border="0" alt="[ouch]" />
