Didn't see any coverage in the factory shop manuals (Hi, Ray! <img src="graemlins/wave.gif" border="0" alt="[byebye]" /> ) or Robin's DIY site.
I've got the replacement unit in hand, and it looks pretty straightforward: secured by two bolts, and r&r the fluid hose plugged in on the side of the cylinder.
Do I need to worry about any gaskets, o-rings, torque for the securing bolts, etc?
tia,

Robert, I was helping Mike to change my slave cylinder and although it looks very straight forward he pointed out that the tip of the slave cylinder must go in right and "hook" inside otherwise you will have a problem. The tip is flexible a bit so it needs to go in straight. Putting it in is a bit of a PITA as there is a considerable amount of force needed. The biggest challenge is alligning the screw holes. A tip here. If you have the car up on a lift and have someone with you he/she can look from the holes between the spokes of the back wheels and can actually see the cylinder from the side. This can help you alligning the screws so you can push the cylinder in as from underneath you really cannot see the holes to allign it.
