I have narrowed the choice down to a 1995 White Cab with tan interior. I would take either a tip or manual and I would like to see 50-70k on the odometer. My price range is 25-27k. Any leads would be appreciated. I have ebayed, autotradered, cars.com and have allready paid 150 for a ppi that did not check out. Thanks in advance and I hope to hear more cowbell soon...

Not to burst your bubble, but a good condition manual cab with that mileage will bring low $30k's. Tip may be lower, but once you get into the 20's you are looking at a pretty ratty tip UNLESS you get lucky. I'd be looking in the $30k range if I were you. BTW, if you think you may want a manual, get a manual.
