Post Price of '96 C4

Recently saw a '96 C4 in immaculate shape.Owner is thinking of selling. Car has 9,300 miles and he is asking $53K. I own an '87 930 and have no idea what the market value is for this car. Any ideas? Thanks

The price seems high. I would guess that $42-45k is average for a nice low/average mileage '96 C4 coupe (i.e., 20-30k miles). With the very low mileage, I would say $45-50k. See the other posts on issues with very low mileage cars.

Seems, kinda high. Go and check out kbb.com and edmund.com and I think it would trade closer to private party or trade in. I dont think anyone is getting retail price for selling their cars including most dealers.

I saw a 96 C4S with a sticker of 89k and is offered at 48K and with 31k miles.

So, I would say you should check it out and then make an offer.

That's 4S territory - must have been in Panorama! The low miles appear to be the lever for negotiation.

FWIW, I just got a 60K miles 96 C4 for $39000. A local 96 4S, blk/cash, with around 30K miles is going for ~51000. Private seller.
