Ok - I'm curious here. Here's a 993 Turbo on ebay but the autocheck report shows it as a Carrera 2. The photos look like a turbo- but the VIN check on Autocheck report it as a Carrera 2. I assume it's a mistake, but I wonder how often this happens.

The VIN looks right to me. Notice that the Autocheck also says its a "DOHC". My guess is that Autocheck doesn't know its butt from a warm rock.

If you go to the p-car.com VIN decoder, it says it's a 95 Turbo Coupe. I think Autocheck is wrong.
