I just came back from my garage and had a talk with Old Blu. Told that old boy that we were gonna take er out to stretch er legs. He was delighted and almost wiggled in anticipation. He is tired of being the "bubble boy" of the family and wants to get out and play. However, I, on the other hand, am quite hesitant to expose our precious little baby to the elements of the cruel and unforgiving world. What if he should pick up a bug or even worse, a rock? Oh, the agony of just thinking of such a scenario.
Was that dramatic enough for you?
Blu says he'll be there with or without me!
Of course with the caveat that one
cannot ever really commit 100% to such
frivolity with so many other serious matters
that tend to arise without warning.

As scary as that seems. I guess that would be the only way I'll be able to keep up.

A very dangerous & narrow road, i.e. many blind corners, very tight corners,
& fast motorcycles. It's basically a wide one lane road with two way traffic.
Even on a motorcycle, it's not much fun anticipating opposing traffic going wide
in a blind corner on a narrow road. At least on Latigo Canyon Rd which is
very tight too, you can see a few turns ahead. Also, it's very hard on
tires if you push the car.

guys... it's also a fairly quick run. seems we were in front of the 'checks cashed' liquor store (@foothill) right @ 9am. p e r f e c t .
also, as always, everyone drives @ a comfortable, safe, pace. fyi: malibu seems to have more blind-curves than this run (imho of course)... also, last time we did not have the morning wet & fog to contend w/ either.
damn fun run --- esp. behind a p-car w/ supercups w/ the top down heh hee.
