sorry to disagree, but the 3.8L 300bhp factory kit was always an option and never fitted standard, not on the last 4S's, either. Jerry Seinfeld's was the last 4S ever to be delivered, and it has a standard 285bhp engine.
Absolutely correct on all points above. In typical Porsche fashion, the Powerkit was an ROW option offered on all models except the RS and RSCS. Never standard on any model and in any market.
