stuck spark plug in 993

As Chris so eloquently said: "This is a touchy and debatable subject,..."
This is a complex subject so I'd just touch on a few things.
Everyone is is the end result of their experience and since I've had enough plugs gall in the plug holes, I use a very thin film of copper-based antiseize on the threads just to facilitate removal. Notice please, that I said THIN film (less IS more) and copper-based only.
Its a corrosion issue triggered by dissimilar metals; steel plug bodies screwed into alloy heads.
When the end of the threaded plug body gets caked with the carbon deposits as a result of burning unleaded fuels and some oil, that baked-on carbon makes plug extraction somewhat contentious as that carbon exerts a lot of drag when the plug is unscrewed.
When you get one that "feels" bad, work it in and out a little at a time, until it comes out. Turn it CW 1/4 turn, then CCW 1/2 turn and so forth. If necessary, use a professional grade penetrant such as Wurth Rost-Off, Zep Penetrant, Kroil, etc.
Patience plays big dividends here,....

Greg - does this mean you're gonna pull all your plugs now ?
