Post Just redid the interior of my car...

I put in sport seats and leather on the doors and dashboard. Now the car is totally renewed...

Looks great! What is the switch next to your headlight switch? I have a blank there.

Brad, I believe that switch allows for leveling of the headlights. It's a requirement for European cars.

Is that the new Greg Norman Collection leather? (note Shark Logo on dash)

Looks great. How much were the sports seats? Too bad they didn't have the yellow deviated stitching. Now that would have been really cool!

Looks GREAT!
Now that you have done most everything possible to upgrade your car what is left? Do you still have a 'to do' list?
If it were my 993RS conversion I think I would be stymied on how to improve it.

Steve,
The sport seats cost me around $6,000.-- You can order them from Gert too. The leather is an official Porsche offering. The "shark" is a logo from the Italian sporting goods company, "Paul & Shark". Got one in the back too...

neunelf,
Yes I have reached the end of the line. I do not want to start pulling out back seats or door panels to reduce weight. It took me close to five years. Now: enjoy!

I've been thinking of replacing the upper part of my dashboard. There's some discoloration on it, unfortunately.

993RS, can you tell me how much it was for that part in leather??

Thanks..

Jeff

Phil,

What kind of seats you had before?

Sportseats (that were worn) or RS seats or just 'normal' seats?

If you had RS seats, I'd be interested...
