Thanks for the help and info. I will bring the car back armed with this info to the shop in Syracuse. Nice of all of you to respond at such length and the graphs from Randall G. are a big help.
Hey, Pete Lech - working for Carrier for ten years you must have had reason to come to Syracuse, so you know the winters can be long. But spring, summer, fall are the best. Spent four years at UC Santa Barbara and it's the only place I would want to live besides the Finger Lakes in NYS. See ya.
