Help!! Tonight on my way home I was pulled over by the local Police for speed greater than reasonable. That is another story all together.
When I was sitting on the side of the road in the car I got cold. I turned on the heat, the car started to emit sparks and smoke from the heater vents. The car smoked quite a bit and the cop made me sit in the back of the Police car while the Fire Department responded. They did not find anything as I had turned the car off and the smoke and sparks stopped. I have a 1995 with the wiring harness update, is there anything I should look for? And the police still gave me the ticket and made me keep the car on the side of the road until a friend could arrive to drive me home <img border="0" alt="[nono]" title="" src="graemlins/nono.gif" /> .

What? How can they make someone else drive you home? Did they suspend your license? Cops ... they will not leave the P car alone.

 

Just curious were you stopped by Anne Arundel county police or MD State police?
