Tramonts inner side rust bleeding
I recently acquired some Tramonts that were lightly used over the years off a low mileage 993, everything looks perfect except I noticed these markings on the inners, more so on the fronts and early signs coming in the rear.
Curious has anyone else seen this?
I'd expect this on maybe a daily that is winter driven etc but not a 993 that rarely even sees rain with these wheels.
Cheers!

Given the coating inside those milled out pockets on the backpad, I'm going with brake dust + car washes. Looks like there's a pathway there from the center bore into those pockets for rusty water.
Hi Knight,
I use a little brush on anti-seize compound to lightly coat the mating surfaces of the wheels. This not only prevents the wheels from welding themselves to the hub but also eliminates corrosion on the hub and the wheel mating surfaces.
If you use a little too much you will see it migrate onto the front of the wheels once the car is used. In such cases, it can be simply wiped off.
