To those looking at these photos and thinking how good they are. I've been to a few Luft's... there is no substitute for the in person experience. Turning a corner, seeing a Porsche tucked in, or at the end of an axis. Etc. Highly recommend going in person .
Of all the Porsches at the event this 1996 Carrera RS originally from Japan with 28,000 miles on it was my favorite. I found myself returning to the car several times. According to the QR code on the car it was "procured" by Prescott Kelley the CEO at Strassesport Rennsport.
GREAT Photos & great seeing you there Nick. It was a great event and sensory overload with so many great Porsches.
Always good to catch up, Chuck and it’s always a treat to see your leather 993.

Is that your mint 964 in the photos or someone else's? Great pics (as always).
Yes - but every time I went to take pics of Chuck’s 993 it was surrounded by people trying to read the options list, which takes a while…
Not my mint 964. Honestly it’s just not worth the hassle of shipping cars back and forth across the country for me these days.

I was curious how they would surpass the previous USBL Luft but they did. Even though there were fewer cars, they staged the ‘euro’ village section which wasn’t used previously, along with a few other smaller areas.

indeed. Every air cooled Porsche enthusiast should attend a Luft at some point.
