FWIW, the ROW M030 suspension is designed to sit approximately 30 mm (1-1/8") lower than the US suspension setups. My car has this suspension and does suffer from bump steer when driven hard on the street and going over severe irregularities. The amount of bump steer is controllable at street speeds but it can be a little annoying when driving over apex curbs on the track at higher speeds. So, it is my opinion that the amount of bump steer is relative to how much the car is lowered.
