993 ECU part numbers

Anyone able to tell me what year 993 the following ecu is from?

993.618.123.02

I cant find it in PET, and suspect that its not the right ECU for my engine.

Ours were initially 944.615.227.00 and then upgraded to 993.615.227.00.

I don't know what that one is though.

There should be another number on there also... The part numbers should look like either of these:

0.261.204.376
0.261.204.649

OR if it is a 96 (non chippable) it would be:

0.261.204.008 or 0.261.204.378

OR if it is a 95 (OBD I ) it could be:

0.261.203.679; 0.261.203.674; 0.261.203.675
