How to tell if it is an ROW suspension?
Next week I am going to look at a US 1997 993 C2 coupe for sale.
The seller says the local Porsche dealer installed the ROW suspension to lower the car.
How can I tell if the springs, shocks and swaybars are Porsche ROW parts?
Regards,
George

Other than taking everything apart to check the part number, the easiest way to tell is check to see if the shocks are red.
If you do decide to take a look closer you would find the part number listing for the MO3O components helpful.
Go to my web site and click on "Suspension FAQ"

On the Rennsportsystems site there is discussion concerning shock colors. They indicate that Porsche uses 4 different manufacturers and each has a proprietary color. Red just means Koni made them.
