Post PSS 9's ideal lowering height

I am just about to have these installed by Gert(inc RS Swaybars) I drive mostly on the street but do about 6 Track days a year. Does anyone have any views about how far the car (96' C2) should be lowered as an ideal set up??

Any advice would be welcomed.

Steve,

You have an ROW car which is already lower than the US cars we normally refer to here. I suggest you lower the car no more than 993 RS' ride height if you want it to be drivable on the street. The RS was approximately 30 mm lower in front and 40 mm lower at rear than a standard ROW 993.

Viken,

I'm not good at converting metric to standard. Does that mean that the RS ride height is approx. 65mm lower in front and 75mm lower in the back than our unmodified 993?

Thanks again.

The ROW RS is approximately 50 mm lower all-around than a US-spec car.

A standard US car is approximately 20 mm higher in front and 10 mm higher at rear than a standard ROW 993.

Richard,

50mm is about two inches: 1 inch = 25.4mm
