Question Quickie question: airbox...Please

I know it's been covered a whole lot, but I have one quick question on drilling holes in the airbox lid: do I remove the snorkel or leave it in? Thanks!

You leave it on.

Well, actually what I did was I removed the snorkel, cut a majority of the inside part of the snorkel, then re-attached the snorkel back into the airbox. This way, the snorkel intake is in place (and looks better), while there is less obstruction within the airbox. Also allowed me to drill a few extra holes. Clutch vent appears to be getting enough vacuum pull and airbox sound is still very sweet
