Bilstein struts (green) with Eibach springs ?
How will the suspension set-up consisting of Bilstein sport struts (green color) and Eibach springs behave...?
What is the likely end-result as far as height and handling / ride using this combination...?
(wanting to avoid spending $$ on the ROW M030 "lowering" solution)
Thanks,
Jascha

If you are talking about the standard factory green shocks, they are not Bilsteins. They are made by Boge/Monroe.

I was told that these came from a C2S with an M030 option. I was hoping to learn whether the combination, i.e, using the aftermarket springs is a good / acceptable way to lower the p-car ...?

If that is the case, they should be red (not green) and of Monroe manufacture. The use of lowering springs with the red shocks is acceptable. The ROW M030 springs are preferable over Eibach or any other aftermarket spring.</STRONG>

I did some more probing and your hunch is probably correct... these may not be Bilsteins the seller claims came from a USA M030 sport suspension.
The struts on my '96 993 are also green and after some vigorous cleaning I was able to view the inscribed part number (993.333.052.34) The Shop Manual identifies 'green' struts (Monroe) as part of 'Standard M032' suspension.
Your betting record is still high!
