I've been lurking over there for a few years as well and will be going to the Ouray ride this July. Anyone else here into that stuff? Seems like I saw "motion" once there. If you go there check out the "jo momma" section. It is filled with mlincolns and agros spewing bs and taking off the gloves. Exhausting for sure. Makes us all look rather tame, and IMHO makes John D. look like a pretty smart guy for not having that stuff happen over here. Of course, we are in a different class...

 

Hey JD.... I'm over there lurking quite a bit. Always looking for something new for the 1150 Adventure. Its a pretty wild board, filled with whacked guys with a special affinity for shotguns and crashing their bikes. Really makes our board here look pretty tame, eh? And I did just order a few Jo Momma FYYFF stickers! Great stuff. What do you ride?

 

JD - what you fail to recognize though, is that 993 Rennlisters are the minority. Welcome to the real world.

 

Richard, I ride my 640 Adventure and I just got a 1150rt. In my middle age I think I'm going to Ouray and party hardy with the nuts from that asylum!

Agro - I certainly have my share of "hills I'm gonna die on" but they are relegated to the real world, not internet forums. You're right when you say that us 993 guys are in the minority - I like it that way!!

How the hect are you? I still need to get you my paperwork to you - I'm glad to see your conservatie nature applies to your bike riding as well - we need to keep you healthy!! You probably don't want to go to Ouray - but if you do, fly in and ride one of my bikes...267 miles..

 

Ouray is incredible! Used to ride there when I lived in Co. Just be careful around the time they have the Mushroom festival! LOL
