Hi Guys,
We are in the process of installing a '95 993 3.6 motor into my '71 914-6. I am hoping to find someone in the SF East Bay that has a stock '95 993 that we can come look at and take dome photos so we have a roadmap of sorts to help wire up my car. We would take pictures and look only. The closer to Tracy, CA the better- but we are willing to drive and meet someone anywhere they choose. Thanks a bunch,

What specifically are you looking for in terms of ‘stock’? Mine is very stock in appearance but updated suspension and such. Located in Danville.

We are only interested in the engine compartment; we just want to see all of the wiring connections for the motor. We would be happy to come to Danville (I was in Alamo for 36 years and just moved to Auburn 3 years ago when I retired) and see your car and take photos of the engine compartment to help us wire my engine up. @sgogt4 I am not sure if this might work for you, but Greg, the guy doing my engine swap, has his willow green 914-6 GT entered into the Diablo Region PCA Wash 'n Shine at the Livery on Memorial Day. If there is any chance you could bring your car to the Livery, he could look and take photos there. If that works for you, drop me an email with your name and cell and I will give you Greg's cell so you can connect at the Livery. I would think 30 minutes maximum. Thank you very much. Michael

Thanks everyone. Yesterday, Greg and I met with Alex and his son and were able to look at his absolutely pristine '95 993 Coupe. Pristine does not do it justice; it looks like it is still in the showroom. We took pictures and looked at harness routing and that will get us one step closer to my motor going into my car.
