I'd get it fixed but I don't think it's dangerous since your wheel nuts do the actual holding of the rotor.
Fixing shouldn't be too hard, you have to have those special 'drill bits' or similar to get it out. Your mechanic should be able to get it fixed.

Didn't use one on my car when we did the upgrade. FVD sells an adapter but it is so you can use the even larger 380mm rotor from the RSR. These kits usually come with stainless steel brake lines as well, and we know those aren't neccesary. I was curious why they were needed as well.
