Caliper bolt price reduction....
The factory service manual says to replace the front caliper mounting bolts when removing the caliper. These bolts used to be over 8 dollars a piece I believe, last time I checked. Just got back from the dealer and paid .58 cents. This is the cheapest porsche bolt I think I have ever gotten. The parts guy said Porsche has changed the part numbers so they may be trying to encourage replacement by lowering the price. Just letting you guys know.

I think I paid .75 each at Holbert's. I think Don Rosen wanted to charge me more and didn't have them in stock anyway.
There are also several different bolts. The Big Reds use different bolts vs. the OEM blacks so you might want to confirm the part number, rather than accepting the salesperson logic of Porsche changing the part number to explain the different part #.

Front are 999.067.042.09. I would confirm this with your dealer. The rear should not have to be replaced. I am not positive of the part numbers on the rear either.
