Hi,

Need anyone's help to identify the fluttering (for the lack of term) noise coming from the passenger side rear quarter panel area. When the car (95' 993)'s on the road, it starts w/ a ver subtle noise and once the speed reaches 50+ or so, the noise becomes worse.

I checked the rear spolier wall and it's not torn (only 3 months old since replaced). Please help me as this noise is driving almost insane !

Check out the wheel arch plastic liner - turbulence inside the wheel arch may cause this to 'flutter' and create the noise you can hear.
