I understand your concerns on behalf of your friends. However, your voice (as a friend) has been the only positive one. This forum certainly doesn't provide a definitive answer, but it is a sampling of (generally) atypically informed & knowledgable Porsche owners/buyers. When several unrelated posters report the same thing, whether negative or positive, it does mean something - at least to me. I found Seth's experience, supported by the emails, distressing enough to share with others outside the Rennlist community. FWIW, I hold no grudge against your friends since I have had no personal dealings with them nor do I expect I will in the future. As to reputation, i.e., general perception, I stand on what I said.
