Funny how seemingly simple things can be so difficult to obtain. After much searching I finally received the correctly sized custom hub rings (from Japan) to fill the unusual void created by removing the original 3mm hub-centric spacers that were fastened to the Champion Mg wheels.
Only one side mounted so far, but I think this will work.

The concave profile of the rear wheels is really nice and complements the proportions of the rear fenders. Congratulations - now that the 993/500E both have one-piece wheels, that leaves only the 951 & 964 with three-piece wheels ---- your wheel cleaning time has been reduced by a huge factor! 😀

Regarding the 1/2/3 piece wheels - I don't mind cleaning them after a drive... Just part of the OCD enjoyment of owning nice things, which I know you subscribe to!
Yes - 1993 500e in 040 Black that I purchased 13ish years ago and only just registered it a couple of months ago... Superb car.

Thanks J - the true visual of the concave/curve of the rears is hard to show in pictures... Much more impressive (as is the color) IRL.

Now that I have ceramic coated all my wheels I just use a swiffer sweeper thing to clean them after a drive... If you haven't tried them, you should!
