Just moved into my new house last weekend. I'm getting to know the neigbours, as they are very friendly.
I took my car out on Sunday and happened to notice a yellow 73 Targa in great condition driving around the neighbourhood. We waved, and that was it.
Yesterday the neigbour behind my house comes and says "Nice Porsche" and we get to talking...turns out he's the guy with the yellow Targa and a modification nut! He replaced the engine with a 3.0 liter a couple of years back, new suspension and takes it to the track.
God help me now. 2 Porsche nuts living next to each other!

Before I bought my townhouse, I drove around the neighborhood to see what cars were parked there. It seems that there's at least a few 911s (save for one 993, the rest were 996s) and a Cayenne so I guess it's not too shabby of a location. I doubt that any of them are mod-nuts though, esp. given the age of the cars.
