btw, i know there are some controversies on "clay".
personally i use clay every 4 months. i have done this on all my cars in the last 8 years. never had negative effect that i can see. i had red, white, black, silver, yellow cars.

waxing after claying makes the surface feel and look like glass.

Something to factor in on dark cars and warm clients...wax can literally melt off...something people don't usually consider.

Paul, I even clayed my car. It's amazing how smooth my car is now. No more the ghetto machine. It's got new oil and brake fluid too. All ready for the next track day.

After 5 hours work with the following products it's clean and shiny with a really wet deep shine!

What a difference with those turtle wax products. The paint was in good condition but I had some minor scratches and some swirls on it.

This is what I did.

Gold class car wash shampoo & conditioner 16oz
ScratchX 7oz
Deep crystal polish 16oz
NXT generation tech wax 532ml

I'm almost afraid to get the P out of the garage now (it could get dirty )
