Carbon Center Console
does anyone know if (or where) i can find a carbon fiber center console? current interior is tan, and i'm replacing the shift boot in black.

Are you referring to the handbrake tray and the two mini switch consoles? Or are you looking for an aftemarket center console in carbon fiber (like the factory 996 one)? If the latter, I think you're TSOL; if the former do a search as a fellow Rennlister (Dr Ken Garchow) has recently bought from a good source.
FYI my cab also has a tan interior and I replaced a few pieces with black to add contrast - door inserts, center console, carpets, shifter, ebrake. Some have had good results recoloring the leather/vinyl.

I checked with L.A. Dismantlers last week for a CF e-brake tray (console cover) because they had a picture and price displayed on the website. Currently, they do not have that part available.
