Question PPI questions

I'm having a PPI done this Friday on a 97 C4S with 12K miles and have I two questions.

For peace of mind I'm going to have a compression check and leakdown test. I've read the leakdown should be between 3-5%. Should the test be done with engine hot or cold? What should the compression be and what percent difference between the cylinders is acceptable? While the plugs are out should I have new ones put in or is that a waste of money?

Thanks, Ron

Im just wondering whether you need a leakdown test on such a low mileage car, unless its only been driven on the track.

Anyway, its always better to be safe then sorry.
