Here is a picture of the bar on my car which is lowered to just about RS specs. The bar gets 'good' use EVERY single time I take the car out, especially on/off my driveway.

Yes, I have Gert's FPB, 10 minute install and obviously a sturdy piece of equipment. It is a requirement if your car is lowered at all. Thanks for the compliments on my floor.
