Default Help Please !!!

Hi All

On Friday 11th June I head south for the annual pilgrimage to Le Mans. One problem though; my radio has no power as of yesterday.

I dont use it much during the year but it is a must for keeping up with the race on Radio Le Mans when in France.

I have changed the appropriate fuse and used the search option here.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

BTW it is the standard porsche radio/single CD type unit.

Merci

Are you referring to the fuse on the back of the radio when it's removed?

Ron

I changed the fuse on the fuseboard in the front compartment.

How easy is it to change the radio fuse?

Thanks

Kevin

It's easy just remove the radio and you'll see the fuse on the back. The little blades or whatever they are called to remove the radio are the same ones used for Mercedes radios. There should not be hard to find and are not expensive. I would not use a screwdriver or any other improvised tool to remove the radio. To me it's not worth the risk of screwing something up.
