Randy, check carfully for the vehicle code violation. If you were written up for Basic Speed Law violation you may have a defense. Trial by Declaration is the way to go regardless. I had two tickets (one speed, one rolling a stop) dismissed by TbD, fighting a 3rd with "Stan the Radar Man".

Randy, it was great to meet you and your wife...I loved your 'banana' but you and Lorenzo's red rocket are really painted the same color code...COC which is (of course) "contempt of cop"...so I'm driving the (boring) white tt even though screaming speed yellow would be more fun...I got stuck in Santa B's BBQ too and had a little 'incident' noted on the above earlier thread about wives and drivers...
