Pics of hot lap timer installed
Thought this might be of interest. I've only seen Hot Lap Timer receivers attached to roll bars or harness bars. Here's how mine is setup without any bars. Might make a cleaner bracket later on, once I feel this is a decent design (will test this Friday at Thunderhill)
The display is the compact size display. Had a hard time figuring where to put it, but think end-result is acceptable. Any recommendations or thoughts welcome!
Enjoy!

Oleg,
Awesome!!!!!
Know I know where to put my Valentine concealed display and my hot lap timer.
I've been wanting to add a hot lap timer for some time. I've just been hesitant because of insurance regulations and timing.
I now am thinking, "just put one in."
Can you post some more pics of your car.
Thanks.

Three Wheelin'
Seth,
I was just getting ready to post my hot lap timer in the classified section. It is a year old, display and reciever only, no trans. as there are always a couple at the track. I am moving up to a Intercomp model which has download options ect. Yours for $175.00. Just used it at Road America, works and is in great shape. By the way to keep this on topic, I mounted the display where Oleg has his V1 , put a little strip of velcro on the ash tray and on top of the display, ran the cord under the center console to the rear of the car. I mounted the V1 display with velcro to the bottom of the tach face to keep it more in my line of sight.
