selling
Unfortunately I just don't drive it. Bought few months ago from a fellow rennlister. Car is in fantastic shape. Will keep it if it doesn't sell, but given what I have seen for sale around and on BAT this will have no problem.

i think your number is possible at auction. you would have to play the full BaT game, though.

As the owner of a 95 with slightly less miles, I hope you get close to your asking price. I have followed 993 sales on BAT for years and still have not been able to figure out why some sell for what seem to be over-market sales prices. Some buyers like basket handles but others think the later years are better. In addition to condition of course, I think the seller on BAT and presentation make a big difference. The highest recent sales on BAT are for cars offered by 2 well respected BAT sellers. The other recent sales seem to range in the 90s. If I did not really want to sell mine, I could see asking $118. It never hurts to ask. And, there may be the right person who has to have yours at that price. I hope so. I think the 993 market is still strong but think someone in a non-BAT sale would be hesitant to pay over $100 in a private, non-auction sale. Of course, I would not sell mine unless I got closer to your price. Good luck. Hope you get your asking price.

I have the same problem with my '95 Cabriolet with 79k miles. I just don't drive it. Nothing wrong with it. It was just evaluated by H_________ at $128,000. I haven't decided whether to sell or not as the prices are rising!

not sure who the sellers were but much more miles going over 100k. I think I’m asking a very reasonable asking price. Sure go for higher miles. Variom issues and immobilization issues for little less. It’s 100 bucks to lost on bat but I save the time and buyer saves 5k. Honestly I wouldn’t sell for less then 115k given the market

Excellence mag just posted their market update for the past 12 months. 1995 - 97.
Average: $40,000 0%
Good. $50,000 0%
Excellent. $60,000. 0%
Thats both Coupe & Cab. Guess they’re out of touch with the market.

Excellence always behind when it comes to the market. Wonder what they look at when they come up with their numbers
