alignment needed after tire change ?

alignment needed after tire change ?
I upsized from 205-50-17 to 225-45-17 recently. Would the new tire size warrant a new alignment job done given the extra weight, width, etc ?
I notice a tiny bit of vibration at 80mph+, could that be alignment related ?
The tire shop told me one of the front wheel is very slightly bent +-0.5 on the balancing machine. I expect this to cost a bit of vibration but I would expect it to come on at much lower speed ?? Also is the straightening definitely required ? I don't have a spare rim to put on the car while the rim is being repaired so it will be a pain. The vibration is actually better (less) after new tires are installed (I assume they do a better job balancing the wheel than last time.)
Would an alignment job help the situation and needed anyway since I upsize the tires ?
Also should I follow the stock data for the alignment or it should be different now given the new tire size used ?
