Strange AC line?
In my frunk, on the driver's side, I am prevented from changing my cabin filter by my AC line which is draped over the cover.
There are metal ac lines on both sides of the rubber line and the set up is solid - it won't budge.
Looking at the setup shown on the Pelican site, mine is different (routing and metal line):
A few years ago, I had my AC condenser replaced, an upgraded model was used. It looks as though the lines with the upgraded unit were different from stock, particularly looking at the bend near the center of the frunk. It seems the only way to change the filter on this side would be to loosen the AC line fitting or disconnect the line which would likely cause a freon leak..
I changed the passenger side, which was pretty clean, so I can assume the driver's side is likely clean also. This headache can wait for a future time.
Look at how different the routing of the AC line and the bend in aluminum line are different in the link below.

Hi CRW,
OUCH, aftermarket upgrades can bite you in the shorts on occasion.
Can the hard-line be bent so the blower cover clears it? Bending the hard line is probably not an issue as long as it is not crimped in the process. There is a tube bending tool designed to curve tubing without crimping it. Not sure if previous work hardening will cause issues bending the tube now.
In any event, you may want to take the issue up with the AC specialist who installed the aftermarket evap. as I would think he should do any bending, removing & annealing if needed, flushing, and recharging on his nickel.
If the line comes up short I would think a replacement hose or an extender with the appropriate fittings could be fabricated

I know the shop used a higher quality condenser that wouldn't have the same corrosion risk as the OEM unit.
It must have had its own plumbing, which is why it's different.
The hard/soft/hard line is solid and isn't going to budge 1 bit.
I'm 99% sure they replaced the filter when the AC was repaired in 2019.
I'm 62, if I am still alive in 10 years - I'll tackle it then.
