Location of Electric Motor Fresh Air Flap

Location of Electric Motor Fresh Air Flap
Can anyone tell me where the Electric Motor Fresh Air Flap is located in the hood well near the windshield. There are couple of motors not sure which one this is.
My AC does not blow cold air, its been charged and pressure checked.
The diagnostic code said Fresh Air flap motor , signal implauible code 24.
Symtoms:
The air from AC ON is not cold, with the AC OFF the fresh air is cooler.
I suspect the warm air from the engine is being mixed when A/C is turned on.
Could the vacumm problem generate this fault code too. Any quick test suggested?
