Mike, I thought it was later in the month. I hadn't checked my calander before posting, but this is a busy month for racing starting this weekend at VIR for which I won't be there. But next weekend is on! (at this point!) Dick Lane with the Carolinas region approved me for instructor, but I have yet to instruct a DE. My lifters are begining to "tap" so I don't want to use it on track. I may drive it up though to hang out. Hell the race car's not ready either so I'll probably just be a spectator. Where do you usually "pit"?

Who's head of DE instructors for you guys? Do they need any? The race car has always been a DE car (from PO) and I was in the process of converting to SCCA IT car, just been unmotivated lately. But a days work would have it ready.

No worries Chris. Thanks for the nice words. Pleasure is mine guys for sharing the pictures. The head DE chair for FSR PCA is Jim Sandloop. I'll PM you his email I'm sure he'll appreciate your volunteering. I know they have good deals for the instructors in terms of track time vs fee. Hey I didn't know you're an instructor..thats cool man! Let me know if you go, I'll look for you. I'll be there saturday/14May.

Mike,
Oh I have every intension of going! Not sure in what capacity....but damnit I need to get out of town something fierce! I will smell race fuel soon....! I have yet to instruct, but I look forward to doing it. I have been racing since '99 w/SCCA, and up til the last year or so had been pretty active. Bought the 993 to get into the PCA scene since the SCCA guys are just getting to the point of insanity. With all the rules and regs, we may as well be pro, not to mention most of the guys on the track have been watching a little to much Nascar and drive like it! I bought the race car just before loosing interest in them and as I said, its lived its life as a DE car so.....maybe it'll become *my* DE car. I may show up for entire weekend.....not sure yet. But PM all the info, if I could instruct, I'd be happy to.
