Help: Need Seat Cushion Repair in OC/LA Area
When removing my factory seat to install a racing seat, I tore the seat cushion. Bonehead move, I know.
Where in the Orange County/LA area can I go to have this repaired? Or should I just order a new graphite grey lower cushion?
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Autos International down in Escondido has an ggood reputation, although I have not used them personally. You might call Greg at Porsche Newport Beach and ask for a recommendation.

Ocean Beach Upholestery in Ocean Beach, CA (San Diego) is ecnomical and they have a good reputation. Autos International in Escondido, CA has an outstanding reputation for the highest quality of work. They are a little more expensive than OB Upholestery. There must be a dozen or so shops in LA/OC that can fix you cushions. I saw sonething at the local Bimmer dealership on fixing upholestery...I'll post the details. It sounds like the upholstery counter part to paintless ding repair.
The service is called Advanced Restoration run by a chap named Brody. His number is 760 630 5969. He is supposed to be able to do mircles with rips, tears, cigarette burns, etc. The local BMW dealership swears by him. Once he fixes some minor stuff for me I'll post my impression of his work. If you decide to call him prior, tell hinm you heard about him on Rennlist. <img border="0" alt="[bigbye]" title="" src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" />
