Question My dash lights are not coming on!

Hello Everyone

I'm looking for the quick fix. My dash lights are not coming on. I would check the bulb if I know where it was and how to get there (help). Or it may be a fuse located behind that "HIGH VOLTAGE" label in the engine compartment?
With your help, I can fix this myself.
Secondly, is there a helpful quick fix P-Car site available?

This is the best DIY site that I am aware of, besides Rennlist of course

Probably silly to mention it, but there is a brightness adjustment **** for the dash lights... it is all the way up, right?

Lot's of individual bulbs behind the gauges, unlikely they would all be blown at the same time. Sounds like your problem lies elsewhere.

I would look for the usual fuses and relays. Just fyi, if you can't find the problem in the fuse/relay box in the trunk, there is also a relay behind the instrument cluster to the left which also affects the interior lights. If you take out the dials to the left of the tachometer, and then look in and to the left, you should see two relays (the second one I'm not sure what it controls). One of them is related to the instrument cluster lights. I know this because these relays had been removed for some reason by the prior owner of my car (it was a club race car) and when I saw the missing relays I went and bought them and installed them and the interior lights started working.

Good luck.

Thanks Guys!

DrZ, I agree, its not a bulb, and it's not a fuse...I checked today.
Thanks Harry for your comments, I'm going inside to investigate!!
